Real Estate Commission

The Real Estate Commission consists of seven (7) members all of which are appointed by the Governor by and with the consent of the Legislature. The members elect from among their number, a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman. One of the many functions of the Commission is to make recommendations and suggestions of policy to the Commissioner as the Commission deems beneficial and proper for the welfare and progress of the real estate licensees and of the public and of the real estate business in Guam.
