Credit Reimbursement

Credit Card Fee Reimbursements

Reimbursement email notifications were sent to residents who made credit card payments through our online portals. They apply to individual credit card service fees for transactions completed between January 23, 2025, and April 30, 2025. Individual transactions include vehicle registration and renewal, driver’s license and Guam identification card processing, and individual income tax payments. The email notification was sent by LexisNexis Payments (service@lexisnexis.com), an external vendor contracted by the Government of Guam to handle payment transactions.

New electronic filing requirements for Tax Year 2023 Forms W-2GU and 1099

Filers who have 10 or more information returns (W-2GU and 1099) must file them electronically pursuant to Section 6011(e)(2)(a) of the Guam Territorial Income Tax Code and associated regulations on this site.
